Nicotine Vending Machines for Nevada 21+ Venues

Nevada runs later than anywhere else in the country. The machine does not need a bartender to work at 4am.

Short answer

Afterwrk is accepting applications from Nevada venues restricted to guests aged 21 and over at all times. We own and run the machine; the venue provides the wall, the power and the door policy. Placement follows a licensing review of the specific address.

Why Nevada is different from everywhere else

Two things set the state apart operationally. Venues trade around the clock, so the window in which a guest wants nicotine is not an evening — it is most of the day and all of the night. And a large share of the qualifying rooms sit inside gaming properties, where the age boundary is a line drawn through a building rather than a door on a street.

Both push toward self-service. A machine does not get busier at 3am, and it does not need a second member of staff on a Tuesday.

Gaming properties

A casino floor being 21+ does not make a property eligible end to end. The question is where the age-controlled boundary actually runs, whether it holds at every hour, and whether property policy and the relevant gaming authority permit the placement at all. We treat those as a separate review rather than an assumption. Casinos →
