Is it worth the wall?
In a club, wall space is contested. The unit is 23.6 inches wide, 40.5 inches high and stands 10.2 inches off the wall. It needs one standard outlet, and it has cellular built in, so it does not depend on your Wi-Fi. It takes no floor space, and it moves a low-value sale away from a bar that is already under pressure.
Peak hours
The machine does not slow down at 1am, and it does not need a second member of staff on a Tuesday. Giving guests an on-site option may remove one reason to leave the building. We will not tell you it demonstrably keeps guests in longer, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

What club operators worry about
Vandalism and intoxicated guests
The machine and the stock in it belong to us, not to you. How damage and theft are handled is written into the venue agreement, and it is a clause worth reading before you sign. We place the machine where staff or a camera can see it for exactly this reason.
Security and crowd flow
We agree the position with whoever runs your security as well as the general manager. A machine that creates a pinch point is in the wrong place.
Private events
A daytime booking with guests under 21 — a corporate event, a family function, an all-ages show — can make the room ineligible. It is worth checking your calendar honestly before you send the venue check.

Will it work when the room is packed?
It is self-service, takes tap and chip payment and checks ID at the unit, so it needs no staff at any hour.
Does controlled entry help us qualify?
It helps evidence the age policy, but the test is still whether anyone under 21 is permitted inside at any time, including for private events or daytime bookings.
Can the screen be read in a dark room?
The unit has a 32-inch touchscreen. We agree the position at the site review so that it is readable and in view of staff or a camera.
When do you restock?
We agree access with you. The machine reports its own stock levels, so restocking follows what actually sold rather than a fixed round.
