About a venue

Venue assessment

The fastest route by a distance. It tells us everything we need to check the venue against federal, state and local rules, so the first reply is an answer rather than a list of questions.

Not ready for the form?

Email us with the venue name, city and whether entry is restricted to guests 21 and over at all times. That is enough for a first read.

What we handle →

We reply to assessments with next steps, not a sales call. Typical time from an approved application to a working machine on the wall is four to six weeks.

How to reach us

Post — a postal address will be published here once the business address is settled.

We have not published a response-time commitment, so this page does not make one. In practice the venue assessment is answered before anything sent another way.

Where we operate

New Mexico is the launch market and the only one accepting applications. Arizona is planned. Nevada is planned but conditional — current state guidance says this model cannot be licensed there yet. If your venue is outside those states, write anyway and tell us where you are — we will let you know honestly whether we expect to reach you, rather than keep you on a list.

What this is not for

This is a trade channel for venue operators. It is not a consumer service.

  • We do not sell nicotine products to individuals, online or by post.
  • We cannot answer product, refund or warranty questions from guests — those go to the venue where the purchase was made.
  • Nothing we send is legal advice about your licensing position.

What happens to your message

Whatever you send us is used to answer you and to assess the venue, and nothing else. We do not sell it. The privacy policy sets out what we collect, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
