Installation Requirements
Four physical requirements, and the one that moves placements most often is connectivity.
Short answer
A wall position visible to staff, a standard electrical outlet within reach, reliable Wi-Fi or Ethernet at that point, and clearance for a guest to stand without blocking a walkway or exit.

| Service access | A route for restocking and servicing that does not cross the floor mid-service. |
Connectivity is the one that catches people
Venues answer “yes, we have Wi-Fi” meaning the office. A machine on the far wall of a basement room with 400 phones in it is a different proposition. If there is any doubt, we would rather test it at survey than discover it at install.
What we do not need
- Plumbing.
- A dedicated circuit in most cases.
- Structural work.
- Staff time during service.
